The agentic marketing platform for consumer brands

Treat every customer
like a regular.

PilotX is AI that looks after your customers the way your best shop assistant would. It notices who's running low, remembers what they liked, and knows when to leave them alone. Then it sends a personal email, text or WhatsApp at the right moment. No flows to build.

or book a 30-minute demo (opens in a new tab)

Start free: we'll shop your store like a customer and show you which follow-ups never arrive. Nothing to install.

Works with

Keep Klaviyo as your sender, or let PilotX send. Nothing you run today has to switch off.

Where customers slip away

Three moments your flows miss.

A good shop assistant would catch all three. Most stores send nothing, or send everyone the same thing.

01 · Almost bought

They got to payment, then heard nothing.

Today

A shopper stops at checkout. Many stores send nothing, and the rest send everyone the same reminder.

With PilotX

A follow-up while they still want it, answering what actually stopped them.

  • Names the exact item they left
  • Answers the real blocker, like the shipping cost
  • By email or text, whichever they open
Example text message to Daniel, who stopped at payment with a $64 basket.
Aura Example · SMS

Tue 14:02 · Daniel stopped at payment · $64 basket

Tue 15:02

Still deciding, Daniel? You're $11 from free shipping, and the travel-size serum closes the gap. Your basket is saved.

Why now: he stopped at the shipping cost, not the product.

No discount. Just an answer to what stopped him.

02 · Looked, then left

They looked, left, and never heard from you.

Today

A shopper browses, leaves, and hears nothing, or gets the same “still thinking?” email as everyone else.

With PilotX

A follow-up about what that person actually looked at.

  • Written from what they viewed and bought
  • Suggests the one thing that completes it
  • Waits when a message would only annoy
Example email to Ava, who bought the cleanser and keeps looking at the serum.

Example · Email

Bought the Gentle Cleanser 12 days ago · viewed the Night Serum 3 times

Today

Aura

The other half of your routine

Hi Ava, you have the cleanser. The serum you keep coming back to is the other half, and both ship free this week.

  • Gentle Cleanser
  • Night Serum

Why now: she has looked at the serum three times since her first order.

Written from what she looked at. Nobody built a segment.

03 · Running low

Your regulars run out, then buy somewhere else.

Today

Refills go out on one calendar for everyone, so the people who run out early quietly drift off.

With PilotX

Each reminder is timed to when that customer usually reorders.

  • Timed to each person's own reorder rhythm
  • Sent before they run out, not on day 30
  • Full price when they were going to buy anyway

Reminded on her day, not on everyone's.

What changes

Not another tool to run. It does the work.

Another tool

You still do the work.

You build the segments and the flows, and AI helps you write a little faster. Everyone who hits a trigger still gets the same email, and every new idea is another flow.

Example
  1. Trigger
  2. Wait 1 day
  3. Email 1
  4. Wait 3 days
  5. Email 2

PilotX

It does the work. You set the rules.

Tell it your voice and your limits. It picks who hears from you, writes each message and sends it at the right moment. You approve as much as you want to.

Example
  • Maya · Running low Almost out of your Everyday Serum, Maya? Ready for your yesApproved by you
  • Priya · Win-back We kept your usual Glow Duo in stock, Priya. Ready for your yes
  • Tom · First order tips Grind it just before you brew. Ready for your yes

Getting started

Live in about 30 minutes. We'll set it up with you.

No migration and no developer. Keep Klaviyo as your sender, or let PilotX send. Your flows can keep running while you try it.

  1. A 30-minute call

We connect Shopify and your email tool with you. Nothing on your site changes.

  2. Your voice, your limits

Tell us how you sound, which offers are allowed, and how often a customer can hear from you.

  3. Approve, then relax

Approve every message at first. When you trust it, let the sure ones run on your rules.

PilotX's own store audits · as of 27 Sep 2026 · not customer results

Fair questions, straight answers.

Rather talk it through?

Do I have to leave Klaviyo?

No. Keep Klaviyo as your sender, or let PilotX send for you. Your flows can keep running while you try it, so nothing you rely on has to switch off.

How long is setup?

About 30 minutes on Shopify, and we'll do it with you. You connect your store and your email tool, then tell it your voice and your limits. No migration and no developer.

Will it sound like us?

Yes. It learns your voice from your past emails and your brand rules, and checks every message against them before it goes. Products, prices and offers come from your catalogue and your rules, so nothing is made up.

Can I approve messages first?

Yes. Approve every message until you're comfortable. Then let the ones you're sure of run on your rules, and keep approving the rest. Pause any time.

Will it annoy my customers?

A good shop assistant knows when to leave people alone, and so does PilotX. It keeps to your limits on how often someone hears from you, quiet hours and consent. Often the right move is to wait.

What does it cost?

10% of the extra sales PilotX adds, and nothing if it adds nothing. A group of your customers doesn't get PilotX messages; what everyone else spends above that group is the extra, and we take 10% of it, capped at $2,500 a month. No seats, no per-contact fees, no contract.

Do you have case studies?

We're early, so rather than point you at another brand's numbers, we prove it on yours. A group of your customers doesn't get PilotX messages, so the extra orders show up in your own numbers.

What's in the free audit?

Our AI mystery shoppers browse your store, sign up, fill a cart and leave at checkout, each from its own inbox, then watch for 48 hours. Within three working days you get a private report: what arrived, what never did, a money figure for each gap from your own prices, and the one gap to fix first. Nothing to install, and your customers are never contacted.
